Just a small snippet from an interview in a local music video show (in Costa Mesa, California, USA).

Eldritch is currently on tour with Vision Thing, the Gulf war is raging and a gal who runs the aforementioned video show has the guts to invite Eldritch over for an interview. Various questions, etc., are asked, but here's a few quotes which Alex Petrushko remembers...

The interviewer asks Eldritch what he thinks of the Gulf War...

``I think it's fine.'' Eldritch replied.

Interviewer then talks on for a few moments, and then returns... ``Oh, this is so unexpected - usually rock musicians are all against war, fighting, etc.''

Eldritch responds with the same disinterested look on his face... ``No, it's fine with me.''

Then he added something about the wars being just and unjust.

That's all the snippet is, I'm afraid, but the interesting point is that he hates America... but it's fine with him... :)
